Worship

Worship is an action -- it’s vibrant, passionate, and alive!  To worship, we set aside time to honor and thank God for everything He gives us ... unconditional love, forgiveness, reconciliation, security, peace, comfort, strength, wisdom, hope, patience, persistent tenderness, freedom, and much more. As we worship, we focus our attention on the one and only living God who is always available to us.  We sing, play instruments, pray, read scripture, hear a pastor’s message, and encounter God through the spirit of His son, Christ Jesus.  God uses worship to transform our lives ... heal our wounded souls ... renew our hope ... shape our decisions ... inspire our compassion ... and bind us together.

At Simpsonwood, we're passionate about our worship and offer our best to praise God with excellence.  To provide opportunities for people to connect with God and each other, we offer three different styles of Sunday morning worship:

Sundays @ 8:45 a.m.

Sundays @ 11:00 a.m.

Sunday on Monday
7:00pm at the Chapel in Simpsonwood Park
This service is made available for those who can not make it to church on Sunday morning. The same Sunday sermon is preached with less music. Communion is observed every week.
