From another United Methodist Church or a Christian church of another denomination. We recognize baptism from all other Christian churches

If you are looking for a church home and want to learn more about the vision, mission, and ministries of Simpsonwood United Methodist Church, we invite you to attend one of our upcoming Simpsonwood 101 Classes on Sunday mornings. Simpsonwood 101 is a class offered and taught by our pastors. The class is designed for guests and new members and provides an opportunity to meet our ministers and learn about the many ways to become involved in our church family. Simpsonwood 101 is open to those who want to refresh their understanding of what it means to be a Methodist. Information discussed includes an overview of basic Methodist beliefs, an outline of the vision and mission of Simpsonwood UMC, and membership expectations.

 

Each Simpsonwood 101 Class is followed by a Joining Sunday in all worship services. This provides those who are ready to become members of Simpsonwood UMC the opportunity to do so.
