We encourage open hearts, open minds, and open doors to create a supportive environment where it is safe to ask questions, investigate, and get to know Jesus. In addition to our weekly activities, we host annual retreats for both Middle School Students and High School Students. Our youth participate in a variety of service and mission activities throughout the year and have an opportunity to travel on the annual Youth Mission trip each summer. Through all youth activities we provide leadership opportunities and encourage students to remain engaged and lead others to seek Christ and to know Him more. 

We ask that you pray for our 9 Confirmands and 4 X-Cons (Confirmation Leaders) during this years process. Simpsonwood UMC offers Confirmation classes each year to students to teach the essentials of the Christian faith and to provide information about the United Methodist Church. Furthermore, Confirmation gives students the opportunity to claim the Christian faith for themselves and confirm the vows made at their baptism (if your child has been baptized already).
